Group details 20 students to run the programmeTwo weeks (14 nights) accommodation at the university of NorthamptonFour nights accommodation at hotels arranged by Travel agency(if participating the optional UK tour)

Course location Northampton
Accommodation Standard single room at university hall of residence, shared kitchen and bathroom, internet included; breakfast and lunch at the student canteen from Monday to Friday (dinner self catering)Twin rooms at hotels for the last four nights
Lessons Monday to Friday
Excursions Excursions as listed in the programme are included
Activities Activities as listed in the programme are included in the course fees
Transfers On arrival from Heathrow is included in the price provided all students arrive on the same flight.Transfer back to Heathrow is included in the course fees, provided all students depart on the same day.
Visa application University’s regional office will assist with visa applications
Price per person £1,750.00 per student Student not attending the package tour may stay at the university accommodation for one week for £150
Fee discount for degree programme £1000 tuition fee deduction will be given to students attended who join the university degree programme in 2016 or 2017. This deduction cannot be used in conjunction with university international scholarship scheme.
Terms A non-refundable deposit of £300 GBP per person is requiredBalance to be received one week prior to the start of the course
Cancellation charges Up to 7 days before the start of the course the cancellation charge is £300GBP.7 days before the start of the course the cancellation charge is 50%No show at the airport or early termination of the course will result in a 100% charge.
Special Conditions
  • The price is based on a minimum of 20 paying students
  • The University of Northampton may, at its discretion, mix the group together with other students for lessons, excursions and activities.
  • The four days package tour is organised by a UK travel agency. The University of Northampton can’t take any responsibility of any causes relating to this tour
NOT included The following costs are NOT included in our offer:

  • Travel Insurance
  • Visa application fee
  • The cost of entry into any tourist attraction such as the Tower of London, Madame Tussauds, punting in Cambridge etc.
  • Meals on Saturday and Sunday
  • Lunch and supper while in the package tour
