專業主廚Blumenthal先生的米其林三星餐廳錄用HTMi優秀畢業生
FIFA World Cup. Appreciation from HTMi to Mr Sepp Blatter, President Jacob Zuma, and many others.
Writes Ian Larmour, Director, HTMi. While organising and sending a group of award winning HTMi Students to work in the hospitality operations of the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa, we appreciate the strong support of the President of FIFA Mr. Sepp Blatter and the President of South Africa, Mr. Jacob Zuma. Huge appreciation also goes to His Excellency Mr. George Johannes, Ambassador of South Africa to Switzerland and the South African Embassy for their assistance in making possible for our students to show their future managerial skills in the various operational areas of the five-star hotels they worked in.? ?To quote some comments from the General Managers of two of the properties where the students worked:
