HTMi為了要在台灣推廣瑞士飯店管理教育，已經和台灣許多頂尖的大學的飯店觀光管理系所簽訂學術合作交流，合約內容包括交換學生、交換教授，學術研究合作和學術合作夥伴。從2006至今HTMi已經與台灣以下幾所大學簽訂學術合作合約。
To promote Swiss Hospitality Education in Taiwan, HTMi has now signed many education agreements with many of the leading hospitality and tourism management academic institutions in Taiwan. The agreements cover student and teacher exchange, research collaboration and academic partnership. Since 2006 until now, HTMi has signed many academic agreements with the following leading Taiwan academic institutions:

在2010年3月29日HTMi與中華大學和國立台灣師範大學簽訂國際學術交流合約，以上為當時的合照，相片人員包括來自瑞士HTMi的校長Mr Ian Larmour和瑞士辦事處副處長Mr.Hans-Peter Fitze ，國立台灣師範大學的校長Kuo-En Chang ，所長Christine Sun ，中華大學的觀光學院院長Cherng-Tyan Su和系主任Hsin-Wen Chang.
In March 2010 HTMi signed Academic Partnership agreements with Chung Hua University,and National Taiwan Normal University. The signing ceremonies are pictured and included the representatives from HTMi, Mr Ian Larmour, President HTMi, and from the Trade Office Of Swiss Industries , Mr.Hans-Peter Fitze , National Taiwan Normal University , President Kuo-En Chang, and Dr Christine Sun; and Chung Hua Uniersity,s Dead of Tourism College, Prof. Cherng-Tyan Su, and Dr Hsin-Wen Chang.
此外很感謝台灣辦事處代表Michelle Shih和Jennifer Kuo協助安排此次學術簽約儀式，讓HTMi可以和台灣這麼多所優秀的大學合作。
