The Wine Business Management specialization targets both students who would like to work in senior management of companies where wine is the main product as well as those who wish to acquire or perfect their knowledge in this field for personal reasons.
It includes three key modules:
Wine basics: wine making techniques, knowledge of wine and jobs in this industry and language used in the wine making industry
Management of wine related activities: marketing wine, selling wines and spirits products, management of the supply chain and purchasing
Strategic and financial management techniques and innovation: strategic and financial analysis, innovation policies and IT systems, entrepreneurship.
Students can take this specialization either during their Foundation year or in Management
